Have spoken to a guy called Brian who is the caretaker of the Hurst community centre. I have been to look at a few rooms to hire and the costs are quite low. Especially for those of non-business people.
There are a few rooms that I liked but only one of them are avaliable for the date I will need it for.
This was the first room. It is quite spacious. More for dancers and anyone who wanted to perform. This was room 5 upstairs.
Although its uneccessary, it ovelooks the acres of ground of the garden of the centre. A beautiful view.

The second one was room 16
The last room that I very much liked was room 9
Although this is a very large room, I would note this room down for future auditions such as music videos or films with large casts. This also looks over the acres of the garden.
Overall I am happy with the result of touring the community centre and its price for private functions. Halls are cheap to hire in the weekday than the weekend but due to the fact that the people I am auditioning for are students, they would have school during the week. Only time avaliable for Saturday 9th November is 9.30am -12.30pm. A tip to remember is to book ahead as their bookings can get full.
Update on NWK college.
I have not heard from NWK college, but probably it is because they are on half term. I approached a stand at my local shopping centre promoting NWK college and asked them who could I get in contact with for auditioning students. A lady had spoken to. Me and had given me a number to ring :- 01322-629400 and to ask for Nikki Moore.
I just rang them but no answer so, I have left them a voicemail to ask them to call me back on my number.
