I was extremely excited about being chosen to help out at 'Take me out' as a stand in. We were greeted by nick and sarah who were our floor co ordinators then briefed about what our role is and what we had to do.

As a stand in we had to play the role of the 30 girls and stand behind the poduim. We had to stand in for 2 rehearsals in the afternoon. First was to help Paddy out and then second was to help make the guys feel as comfortable as possible talking to the girls.

At the end of rehearsals our job was done. Nick had told us that they were happy with us and wanted us to come back and help out again. So I was glad I had the opportunity to do that. We also had the opportunity to stay around and see the production being shot live with the audience.

I decided to stay throughout the night as I wanted to meet people and see how filming TV really worked. So I went around, met and spoken to a few interesting people about their roles.
