End of Week 3
Now I find out that the producer wants to change a topic to young voters. I feel this topic is so much better as the election is coming up.
Using google drive, I feel we are more organized where everyone can see all the paperwork and everyone has the same understanding of where we are all at.
Now the gaming topic has changed to young voters. This VT will be explored in a light hearted educational way. It should educate on how important voting is.
So the final
ideas after changing and exploring as it stands:
Graffiti
(Tim Directing)
PURPOSE – Put forward the
art vs vandalism argument and to take someone who hates graffiti and change
their mind
Politics/voting
(Danny Directing)
PURPOSE
– Lightheartedly educate the audience on voting and
its importance
Masks of Nigel Askew, Nigel Farage and Al Murray – popularity
contest – who would you rather go down the pub with? What are their policies?
Would you vote for them?
Body
Image (Tim Directing)
PURPOSE – Put forward the argument that photoshop is bad and the extremes
Photographer to shoot and Photoshop the
image, their own models or Sam as backup
Domestic
Violence (Danny Directing)
PURPOSE – Social experiment to show publics reaction to male on
female/female on male violence and peoples preconceptions
Throughout the week whilst travelling in and out of London, I took the opportunity to take some photos of graffiti. Knowing there are plenty in London, especially Camden so I took a trip there and found some fantastic graffiti, some artistic ones, some very much like paintings. I found that most of the graffiti on the train tracks are mainly tagging. Nothing visually stunning.
