3 rules of sales
1 never talk about money, meet them at neutral territory. Away from phone. Never take them to lunch.
Take them to the cinema.
Arrive early and give your showreel to the projector man.
Meet the investor, open the door and take them straight to the screen.
Ask them to see the showreel twice.
Then ask them when we will be getting the cheque
When you leave ask them to leave early as you have another investor and dont want them to meet each other.
2 never mention numbers.
You could oversell yourself or undersell yourself.
3 if you dont ask, you wont get.
When you ask, be clear without asking for numbers.
Remem when you pitch dont read off notes.
Pitch opening shot then get closer and closer.
